Mr. Köpplinger was a partner at Lorenz & Bone until he formed GF Köpplinger in 2006. In 2010 he was the senior partner at Köpplinger Boltman which became Köpplinger Boltman van Greunen in 2021. He has been practicing law for over three decade and specialises in labour law and related field. His expertise is workplace discipline, grievances and policies. He has a vast amount of experience with disciplinary hearings, conciliation and arbitration at the Office of the Labour Commissioner  and labour appeals and reviews in the Labour Court and Supreme Court of Namibia. 

Mr. Köpplinger has served on key legal boards and advises major institutions. Mr. Köpplinger is an approved mediator of the High Court, the current chairperson of the Namibia Employer's Federation (NEF) and a member of the Labour Court Rules Committee.

Mr. Köpplinger has a BA (LAW), a LLB and a LLM degree from the University of Stellenbosch.

Mr. Boltman joined GF Köpplinger Legal Practitioners in 2007 and became a named partner of Köpplinger Boltman in 2010, and a senior partner of Köpplinger Boltman Van Greunen in 2021 . He specialises in labour law and its related fields and has more than 2 decades of experience with workplace investigations, discipline, grievances and representation at the Office of the Labour Commissioner, High Court, Labour Court and Supreme Court of Namibia. His speciality is industrial labour relations.

Mr. Boltman provides training on employment relations, practices civil litigation, administers estates and advises on commercial matters.He chaired the Labour Law Committee of the Law Society of Namibia for two consecutive terms and he serves on the People Committee of Gondwana Holdings Limited. He also serves on the Board of Corporate Guarantee & Insurance Company of Namibia Limited as an independent non-executive.

Mr. Boltman completed his LLB at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.

Mr. van Greunen joined Köpplinger Boltman in 2015 and became a partner at Köpplinger Boltman Van Greunen in 2021. He  specialises in labour law, civil litigation and debt collection for more than a decade. He is a strong litigator in the High Court with a speciality in delictual and commercial litigation. Mr. van Greunen also has vast experience in workplace investigations, discipline and grievances and representation at the Office of the Labour Commissioner. 

Currently, he is pursuing a Global MBA at the IBR Institute of International Business Relations, writing his thesis in Strategic Management for SMEs and Professional Service Firms. Mr. van Greunen is further knowledgeable in Human Capital Management, Operation Management and Project Management with appreciation of Digital Transformation in the workplace. 

Mr. van Greunen holds a LLB degree from the Northwest University of South Africa, Potchefstroom.

My learning areas at KBG generally surround labour law, civil procedure and legal drafting. Lastly, my future ambitions are to become an admitted attorney, continue to practice in private practice with KBG, and obtain a Masters Degree in Medical Malpractice Law.
