Mr. Köpplinger was a partner at Lorenz & Bone until he formed GF Köpplinger in 2006. In 2010 he was the senior partner at Köpplinger Boltman which became Köpplinger Boltman van Greunen in 2021. He has been practising law for over three decade and specialises in labour law and related field. His expertise is in workplace discipline, grievances and policies. He has a vast amount of experience with disciplinary hearings, conciliation and arbitration at the Office of the Labour Commissioner  and labour appeals and reviews in the Labour Court and Supreme Court of Namibia. 

Mr. Köpplinger has served on key legal boards and advises major institutions. Mr. Köpplinger is an approved mediator of the High Court, the current chairperson of the Namibia Employers' Federation (NEF) and a member of the Labour Court Rules Committee.

Mr. Köpplinger has a BA (LAW), an LLB and an LLM degree from the University of Stellenbosch.

Mr. Boltman joined GF Köpplinger Legal Practitioners in 2007 and became a named partner of Köpplinger Boltman in 2010, and a senior partner of Köpplinger Boltman van Greunen in 2021. He specialises in labour law and its related fields and has more than two decades of experience with workplace investigations, discipline, grievances and representation at the Office of the Labour Commissioner, High Court, Labour Court and Supreme Court of Namibia. His speciality is industrial labour relations.

Mr. Boltman provides training on employment relations, practices civil litigation, administers estates and advises on commercial matters. He chaired the Labour Law Committee of the Law Society of Namibia for two consecutive terms and he serves on the People Committee of Gondwana Holdings Limited. He also serves on the Board of Corporate Guarantee & Insurance Company of Namibia Limited as an independent non-executive.

Mr. Boltman completed his LLB at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.

Mr. van Greunen joined Köpplinger Boltman in 2015 and became a partner at Köpplinger Boltman van Greunen in 2021. He has specialised in labour law, civil litigation and debt collection for more than a decade. He is a strong litigator in the High Court with a speciality in delictual and commercial litigation. Mr. van Greunen also has vast experience in workplace investigations, discipline and grievances and representation at the Office of the Labour Commissioner. He is currently the President of the Law Society (2026) and member of the Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund. 

He has pursued a Global MBA at the IBR Institute of International Business Relations,  his thesis being in Strategic Management for SMEs and Professional Service Firms. Mr. van Greunen is further knowledgeable in Human Capital Management, Operations Management and Project Management with appreciation of Digital Transformation in the workplace. 

Mr. van Greunen holds an LLB degree from the North-West University of South Africa.

Rauha Shipindo

Rauha Shipindo


Biography: An admitted Legal Practitioner of both the High Court and the Supreme Court of Namibia. Holds 8 years’ experience in general law. Registered member of the Law Society of Namibia after admittance as a legal practitioner of the High Court on the 1st July 2016. Was conferred the degree of Baccularus Juris (B Juris) and Baccaureus Legum (LLB) from the University of the Namibia in 2013 and 2015 respectively. Currently the Director and practicing Legal Practitioner at Shipindo & Associates Inc. Aspiring Conveyancer and LLM candidate at the University of Cape Town.

He graduated from the University of the Free State with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2022. His practice focuses primarily on labour law, civil litigation and commercial disputes. He advises and represents both corporate and individual clients in matters before the Office of the Labour Commissioner and the superior courts of Namibia. Ryan approaches each matter with diligence, strategic insight and a practical, results-oriented focus, and is committed to providing clients with clear, effective and commercially sensible legal solutions.
